Parmesan, Basil & Pine Nuts
These Biscottis are made with an all-time flavor we love—our beloved pesto--with Parmesan, basil, pine nuts, and a hint of black pepper. These are flavor-rich and intense, twice baked, using only the best ingredients. They are a little softer because they are made with olive oil. Try serving them as an appetizer with a soft cheese (ricotta or goat) and flavored honey (citrus, chestnut, etc.), topped with greens, or with wine, or as dessert with Granita.
